The concept of Twin Flames has been elucidated throughout the ages by philosophers and spiritual commentators who attempt to describe the connection between two people that seemingly transcends our more formal earthly bonds. Ethereal, disarming and sometimes intoxicating this union is considered to be two halves of one soul that spilt at birth and come back together in the lifetimes heading towards the final lifetime. Twin Flames are thought to share life experiences, inherent qualities, interests that mirror each other. Often times this bond is so overwhelmingly powerful the two cannot remain together.
It is only when each Twin finds their individual truth can the actual Twin Flame Union occur. This is the entire essence of the Twin Flame journey in recognizing that they are intrinsically alone but together. There are destined to and divinely guided to create a spiritual connection of profound energy that transforms and saturates the soul on all levels.
Being a Twin Flame is something that was decided before incarnating into human form, at this time in humanity. It is not something an individual can become. Twins awaken and are activated in Divine Timing. Their Surrender is in Divine Timing. The Twin is simply there to be the Catalyst to the Becoming. The Spiritual growth of the Divine Feminine is the indicator of whether a person is a true Twin Flame.
There are eight stages within the Twin Flame journey: the first meeting, realization/epiphany, exploration, crisis, runner/chaser scenario, surrender, reunion, and finally decision. Finding where you and your twin flame are currently in your soul contract will help you better understand your bond with one another
A Twin Flame is the last relationship of your soul. It means you’re in the final stages to prepare for ascension which means you probably won’t incarnate to Earth anymore (but not always, you can always come back as a healer). We are actually seeing more twin flame unions now than ever before as we are now in the Aquarian Age – but still twin flames are few and far between. The fact that they’re rare doesn’t indicate that they are more special or more revered than anyone else on the planet. Everyone, regardless of your romantic connections, is important.
